Book online through the client portal in about two minutes, or call or text (424) 248-9402. You'll get a confirmation within a few hours.
Which areas do you cover?
Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon, Danville, Walnut Creek, Fremont and the rest of Alameda and Contra Costa counties. For properties farther out, call and ask.
How should my sellers prepare?
After booking you'll receive a prep checklist to forward to your sellers: lights on, counters cleared, cars out of the driveway, pets secured.
Are drone flights legal and insured?
Yes. Aerials are flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, and ALERUT carries general liability insurance.
When will I get my photos?
Within 24 hours of the shoot, on every package. Files arrive in your client portal, ready for the MLS.
Is the floor plan really free?
Yes. Every package includes a 2D floor plan and a CubiCasa home tour. Pro and Plus upgrade to 2D/3D schematic plans with a home report.
Does the price change with square footage?
No. Packages are flat-rate: Base $349, Pro $649, Plus $849. Add-ons are listed on the pricing page.
